Job Title: Audit Winter 2026 Internship
Location: Sunrise, FL
Start Date: January 2026
End Date: March 2026 (varies by office/team)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office on average)
Role Overview:
CohnReznick is seeking Audit Winter Interns to join their team in Sunrise, FL. As an intern, you will become familiar with accounting and auditing procedures and perform procedures in accordance with firm standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work all aspects of an audit engagement including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs and preparing audit work papers.
• Assist with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Take part in resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients while assisting the team with daily client workflow.
Team Structure:
• Engagement Team: Work closely with Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
• Industries: Serve clients across industries such as Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services (varies by office).

Qualifications:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours between December 2026 – September 2027.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Successful completion of two accounting courses.
• Leadership positions in student organizations, extracurricular activities, and/or team projects.
• Prior work or internship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must provide proof of work authorization (U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status).
