Audit Summer 2026 Internship – Los Angeles, CA
CohnReznick is seeking Audit Summer Interns to join their team in Los Angeles from June to August 2026. This is a hybrid position, requiring intentional in-person collaboration, with an average of 3 days a week in the office.

Your Role:
As an Audit Summer Intern, you will become familiar with accounting and auditing procedures, performing them accurately and timely in accordance with firm standards.
Responsibilities Include:
• Working on all aspects of an audit engagement, including cash, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs, and preparing audit work papers.
• Assisting with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Participating in resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making inquiries of clients while assisting the team with daily client workflow.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• Plan to complete 150 credit hours between May 2026 – September 2027 in order to be CPA licensed
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in both major and overall
• Successful completion of two accounting courses prior to the start of internship
• Leadership positions in student organizations, activities, or team projects
• Prior work or internship experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• CohnReznick does not offer sponsorship to foreign nationals for Entry Level Roles. Candidates will have to provide proof of work authorization such as U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status.
The salary for an audit intern in California is $34 per hour. This is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes access to learning and development platforms.
