Job Description: Audit Internship

Crowe offers a meaningful internship experience for students pursuing a career in auditing. This internship provides in-depth exposure to the auditing profession and the day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor. Interns will:

Gain Practical Experience: Work closely with experienced audit professionals, audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
Sharpen Analytical Skills: Utilize advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation to analyze client data.
Work on Diverse Engagements: Participate in team projects across various industries, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food and agriculture, insurance, and financial institutions.
Gain Experience in Benefit Plan Audits: Work on 401(k), pension, or employee stock ownership plan audits.
Develop Soft Skills: Work both independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA-eligible (150 credit hours) by graduation.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Desire to travel.

Compensation:

The wage range for this role is $24.00 to $38.00 hourly, with adjustments based on factors like skills, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
