Job Description: Audit Intern
The Internship Program:
This internship provides a real-world introduction to the auditing profession. As an intern in Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice, you will:
• Gain in-depth exposure to auditing and the day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor.
• Receive guidance and work closely with experienced audit professionals.
• Participate in networking activities.
• Learn about the issues shaping and affecting the profession.
• Receive feedback from your counselor on your performance.
Work You’ll Do:
Deloitte’s Korean Services Group focuses on serving Korean-based multinational companies doing business in the U.S. During your internship, you will:
• Sharpen analytical skills: Audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Learn key concepts: Apply risk assessment principles, design, and execute audit procedures.
• Utilize cutting-edge technology: Utilize audit tools and technologies that leverage artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation to analyze client data.
Ideal Candidate:
The successful intern will have:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
• Required:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration in Accounting or a related field.
• Definitive plans to meet the minimum requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on client needs.
• Fluency in English and Korean.
• Minimum age of 18 years at the time of employment.
• Preferred:
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting or a related field.
Compensation:
The wage range for this role is estimated to be between $24.77/hour to $44.77/hour.
