About the Audit Intern role
As an Audit Intern at Deloitte, you’ll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of the audit process. You’ll work alongside experienced audit professionals to:
• Audit client financials
• Review transactions
• Evaluate internal control processes
• Apply concepts of risk assessment
• Design and perform audit procedures
• Use cutting-edge audit tools and technologies
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in networking activities, attend industry events, and learn from Deloitte leaders.
Qualifications
• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration of Science degree in Accounting or a related field
• Definitive plans for meeting the minimum requirements for CPA eligibility
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average
• Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment
