Summer 2027 Audit Intern (Northern California) | Armanino

• Mission: To assist in performing and documenting audit procedures and preparing workpapers for various client engagements.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Assistance: Assist in the performance and documentation of audit procedures and preparation of workpapers for audit, review, and other engagements.
• Team Collaboration: Work as an individual contributor and as part of an engagement team to support diverse client needs.
• Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze financial data and communicate all findings and issues clearly to the engagement team.
• Technical Research: Research and analyze pertinent client, industry, and technical matters to inform engagement activities.
• Relationship Building: Engage with client personnel, as well as the engagement team, to develop further professional relationships.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level professional currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program with a business emphasis in accounting.
• Experience: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Skills: Audit procedure documentation, financial data interpretation, research, and professional communication.
• Bonus: Strong preference for candidates planning to complete 150 semester/225 quarter units for CPA licensure eligibility between December 2027 and August 2028.
