The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Seasonal (January – April)
• Location: In-person Nashville, TN
• Pay: $33 hourly

• Mission: Assist businesses in avoiding financial risks, improving financial reporting and internal controls, and staying current with accounting regulations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client engagement: Work directly with a diverse portfolio of small, medium, and large clients.
• Financial reporting support: Help businesses enhance financial reporting capabilities and strengthen internal controls.
• Regulatory assessment: Evaluate accounting issues and stay ahead of new accounting regulations that could impact business growth.
• Operational analysis: Assess the quality of information clients use for strategic business decisions and identify areas for improving operating efficiencies.
• Professional development: Participate in a group social impact project and attend networking events with other employees and partners.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level candidates pursuing an Accounting major.
• Experience: No specific prior work experience required; demonstrated understanding and application of Excel skills are necessary.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively and personably with clients and co-workers; 3.3 or higher GPA.
