Intern, External Audit – Fall 2026, Cranberry Township | S.R. Snodgrass, P.C.

The Tone:
This is an internship at S.R. Snodgrass, P.C., located in Cranberry Township, PA. S.R. Snodgrass, P.C. is a public accounting firm seeking interns to join its audit team for the fall semester. This role provides hands-on experience performing various client work for the external audit group, supporting a diverse client base including non-profit, financial institutions, and manufacturing companies. Selected candidates will contribute directly to the firm’s comprehensive audit services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit: Perform select sections and steps of the financial statement audit for various clients.
• Communication: Maintain ongoing communication and keep firm management apprised of fieldwork status.
• Reporting: Accurately complete various projects and prepare reports/documents for management’s review, using established firm policies and procedures.
• Collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as part of a team on assigned tasks.
• Work Environment: Operate within a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, with a minimum of 50% working in the office on a regular basis.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student, actively working towards a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Candidates in their junior or senior year of school, or those completing a master’s program, will be considered.
• Experience: Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Monday through Friday) with a set schedule required.
• Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and highly organized with good time management skills.
• Bonus: A GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
