What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis: Analyze financial statements to identify potential audit issues or unusual trends.
• Service: Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional service in client environments.
• Compliance: Ensure operations comply with regulatory standards to protect capital markets and the investing public.
• Relationships: Build and maintain client relationships to deliver reliable auditing services.
• Reporting: Communicate value-added insights derived from data analysis to clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, maintaining a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Experience: A demonstrable plan for meeting the minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in your base office state and passing the CPA exam.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills, analytical thinking for financial data, high level of professionalism, willingness to travel and work extended hours, and access to reliable transportation.
• Bonus: Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher, possession of a driver’s license, interest in a hybrid work model, and for Government & Public Sector roles, U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a secret clearance.
