What You’ll Actually Do
• Assist: Help with assurance engagements for various organizations.
• Support: Aid teams in evaluating internal controls and financial reporting processes.
• Analyze: Review financial data and documentation to pinpoint potential risks or areas for improvement.
• Participate: Engage in testing procedures and audit documentation activities.
• Collaborate: Work with team members to help clients maintain compliance with evolving accounting standards.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Accounting major pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, minimum 3.3 GPA, on track for CPA licensure with a clear plan, and interest in a full-time public accounting career. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to apply Excel skills in data analysis and reporting.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, demonstrated initiative, strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and effective collaboration skills with clients and team members.
