The TL;DR

• Pay: $37–$48 hourly
• Mission: To support accounting, financial reporting, and data analysis while protecting capital markets through definitive auditing services and valuable insights.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Issue Identification: Identify potential audit issues and unusual relationships in financial statements through detailed analytical trend analysis.
• Client Service: Demonstrate professionalism while working within clients’ environments and providing exceptional service.
• Regulatory Compliance: Operate effectively in a regulated environment, focusing on protecting the capital markets and the investing public.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide reliable auditing services that the capital markets and clients can trust.
• Insight Communication: Share value-added insights discovered through data analysis with clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level candidate pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
• Experience: Meet minimal educational requirements for CPA licensure in your base office state prior to full-time employment and possess a demonstrable plan for passing the CPA exam. Willingness and ability to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Access to reliable transportation to/from office and client sites, with a driver’s license strongly recommended.
• Skills: Excellent English language communication skills. Strong analytical skills for identifying financial trends and relationships. Professionalism in client-facing environments.
• Bonus: A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred. An interest in working with a team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model, expecting 40-60% in-person collaboration. U.S. citizenship is required for candidates interested in the Government & Public Sector industry, with the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher.
