Deloitte Audit & Assurance Internship
Position Summary:
This internship program provides an introduction to the audit profession within Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience and learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, receive guidance, and participate in networking activities. You’ll also be exposed to current issues shaping the profession and learn about career development opportunities.
Work You’ll Do:
• Sharpen Analytical Skills: Audit client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Apply Risk Assessment Concepts: Learn how to identify risks and design audit procedures to address them.
• Utilize Cutting-Edge Tools: Utilize advanced audit tools and technologies, including artificial intelligence, data analytics, and automation.
• Gain Practical Experience: Execute audit procedures and analyze client data.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree: In Accounting or a related field.
• CPA Eligibility: Definitive plans to meet the minimum requirements for CPA eligibility.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, depending on client needs.
• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
Preferred:
• Strong Academic Record: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Master’s Degree: Pursuing a Master of Science in Accounting or a related field.

Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $24.77/hour to $44.77/hour. This range reflects factors such as skills, experience, training, licensures, and certifications. Compensation decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
