• Location: In-person, various locations (requires travel)
• Pay: $27.00 – $42.00 per hour
• Team: Collaborative team within the Audit and Assurance practice.
• Mission: To provide in-depth exposure to the auditing profession, learn day-to-day responsibilities, and contribute to client service delivery by auditing financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Tech Stack: Excel, advanced analytics, data visualizations, process flow automation

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain Insight: Receive in-depth exposure to the auditing profession, learning day-to-day responsibilities and understanding current issues affecting the field.
• Perform Audits: Sharpen analytical skills by auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work both independently and collaboratively with experienced audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Utilize Technology: Apply Crowe’s advanced audit tools and technologies, including data analytics, visualizations, and process automation, to analyze client data efficiently.
• Engage Clients: Participate as a team member on diverse client engagements across industries such as manufacturing, not-for-profit, healthcare, and financial institutions, including benefit plan audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a similar field. Must be scheduled to meet the educational requirements for CPA licensure in your assigned work location.
• Experience: Relevant work experience such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs.
• Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and possessing strong academic credentials. Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and work effectively both independently and within a team environment with professionals of all levels. Willingness to travel and availability to work evenings or weekends if needed.
• Bonus: Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
