Audit Intern Winter 2027 | Crowe

The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Crowe, with the specific location dependent on the assignment. What You’ll Actually Do
• Exposure: Gain in-depth exposure to the auditing profession and learn day-to-day responsibilities of an auditor.
• Analysis: Sharpen analytical skills by auditing client financials, transactions, and internal control processes.
• Collaboration: Work independently and collaborate with diverse audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Technology: Utilize audit tools and technologies that employ advanced analytics, data visualizations, and process flow automation.
• Engagements: Participate as a team member on diverse client engagements, including manufacturing, not-for-profit, healthcare, education, and benefit plan audits.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Accounting or a similar degree, at an entry-level career stage.
• Experience: Relevant work experience, such as internships, summer positions, or school jobs.
• Skills: Strong academic credentials, proficient with Excel, demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, strong verbal and written communication, ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments, ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and meeting educational requirements for CPA license eligibility prior to starting full-time.
• Bonus: Experience with data analytics is strongly desired, desire to travel, and availability to work/travel evenings or weekends if needed.
