The Tone:

What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit Performance: Assist in performing audits, reviews, and compilations for clients across various industries.
• Procedure Documentation: Prepare working papers and document audit and assurance procedures in accordance with firm standards.
• Account Analysis: Perform account reconciliations and analytical procedures.
• Research & Correspondence: Conduct research on accounting and tax issues and assist in drafting client correspondence.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet engagement deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional enrolled in a Bachelor of Accounting program (3rd or 4th year preferred), with a strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (ASPE/IFRS) and audit/tax concepts.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities; team-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Bonus: Intention to pursue CPA designation is a strong asset.
