Job Description
AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program is a paid, 4-month program that provides participants with the skills and experience necessary to launch a successful career in sales. The program includes instructor-led interactive training, as well as the opportunity to engage with real customers in the sales process.
Participants in the program will learn how to:
• Secure new business
• Manage existing business customers
• Solve business problems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Meet sales goals

Who is eligible
To be eligible for AT&T’s B2B Sales Development Program, you must have a desire to launch a career in sales and be able to relocate within the U.S. Bilingual skills are a plus.
