What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Management: Support the pitching, execution, and ongoing management of ATM programs to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate databases, financial models, trackers, and comprehensive program documentation.
• Market Monitoring: Monitor stock performance, trading activity, and market conditions to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare client-facing and internal reporting materials, and perform in-depth financial analysis including dilution and capital impact assessments.
• Compliance & Coordination: Coordinate with Sales & Trading, Syndicate, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and regulatory adherence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance, economics, or business, for this early career role.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity capital markets, or a related field is preferred. Experience in equity capital markets or equity-linked products is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, high attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: A strong interest in public markets and real-time trading environments, alongside a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
