Job Description:

This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the athletic ticket office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with ticket sales and renewals, and managing game day ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide optimum customer service at all times.
• Assist in season ticket sales, renewals, and mailings.
• Communicate with fans via phone, email, text, and in-person to answer questions and sell tickets.
Execution of game day ticketing sales and distribution.
• Manage and coordinate all charitable donation requests.
• Fulfill athletic department ticket requests.
Player pass list/compliance management using Jumpforward website.
Utilization of Paciolan computerized ticketing software and Salesforce CRM.
• Other duties as assigned by Ticket Sales Coordinator and Ticket Operations Coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills required.
• Comfortable talking on the phone with customers.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle money and make change quickly and accurately.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Previous work experience in a ticket office or university athletic department preferred.
Sport management and/or business major is preferred.

• Approximate Hours Per Week: 10
• Days/Times: Varied, 2-3 games per week
• Employment Period: Fall
