What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with GAAP.
• Perform: Perform documentation and testing of internal controls.
• Assist: Assist Senior Associates with audit and other related projects.
• Participate: Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements, and other general consulting work.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Entry-Level career status.
• Experience: 0–2 years of audit or public accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong Excel skills, Audit software skills, Excellent communication, Client service mindset.
• Bonus: CPA or CPA-track preferred, Experience with CCH Pro fx or IDEA a plus, Willingness to travel.
