Job Description: Assurance, Compliance & Ethics (ACE) Team Internship
Summary of Responsibilities:
This internship provides support to Elbit America’s Assurance, Compliance & Ethics (ACE) Team, a part of the Company’s Legal Group. The ACE Intern will primarily work with the Ethics & Compliance Team and gain cross-functional experience through assignments with Corporate Marketing and other teams. The intern will gain direct experience in the following areas:
• Developing and executing ways to market ACE team both internally and externally
• Assisting in maintaining the department SharePoint web page for awareness and education
• Determining and executing Q3/Q4 project directly with corporate training and comms teams
• Learning ACE business to increase awareness, education and capabilities of Ethics, Compliance, and Organizational Governance Activities
• Assisting the Sustainability group with promotional campaigns through digital and visual means
• Content Development and Internal Communications Support – assisting in the creation of articles and internal communications highlighting various aspects of Elbit America.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, develop engaging content, and promote the company’s commitment to ethics.
• Promoting Brand Image through targeted communications
• Social Media contribution
• Training facilitation
• Desktop Publishing of procedures and information
• Partnering with IT on the development and automation of workflows to improve department efficiencies using Office 365 and OpenText tools.

Requirements:
• At least two years of Secondary Education or Vocational School
• Minimum 25 hours hybrid work schedule M-F
• Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Responsibilities and Tasks (Priority Order):
• Participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of this or a similar organization or department.
• Develop, suggest, implement, and maintain procedures to support the efficient administration of departmental operations.
• Perform various duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the department, program or function such as periodic reports.
• Interact directly with colleagues and other internal or external resources in the planning of assignments and completion of projects.
• Conduct research and prepare reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action.
• Along with other interns in the Company, participate in a presentation for the Executive Staff designed to summarize the internship experience and deliver at least one project.
• Perform a variety of administrative functions including maintenance of database information by entering and updating content, filing, scheduling, planning and preparation.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience & License Or Certification:
• Requires a High School diploma and must be currently enrolled in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program.
• Requires utilization of knowledge and skills developed during completion of a specified technical undergraduate degree program with at least 2-3 years of college completed in a major related to the assigned department, program or function.
Skills and Abilities:
• Requires excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to understand and follow complex, detailed instructions, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities and be able to work for short to moderate periods of time without direct supervision.
• Working knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook are required.
