What You’ll Actually Do
• Build client relationships for the Insurance Investment Banking Group.
• Structure and execute mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory projects.
• Conduct due diligence and manage transaction execution processes.
• Prepare comprehensive industry and client presentations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for deal teams and a wide range of constituents.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree with a foundation in investment banking or private equity.
• Experience: 3-5 years of prior investment banking or private equity experience, specifically with buy-side and sell-side M&A, equity and debt financing transactions.
• Skills: Excellent financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution processes, analytical, verbal and written communication.
• Bonus: Prior insurance or related industry experience preferred, along with a long-term interest in investment banking.
