About the Job

The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides structured training and on-the-job experience to develop the next generation of technical sales leaders. As an Associate Solutions Engineer (ASE) in the CSAP program, you will:

• Learn how to position Cisco’s architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers.
• Collaborate with Cisco sales professionals to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes for customers and partners.
• Work with experts and coaches to develop your technical, sales, and communication skills.
• Gain hands-on experience in a variety of technical domains, including software, collaboration, security, networking, and cloud.
• Pursue industry-standard certifications and achieve your career goals with the support of a strong Cisco team.

Who You Are

• Recent graduate of a technical degree, ideally with an emphasis on networking and computing.
• Certified from a Technical Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School with up to 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in technical or presales support, or system engineer role.
• Passionate about technical solutions sales and working with customers.
• Excited about turning technical requirements into business value.
• CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certified or currently learning towards CCNA.
• Real passion for technology, with an emphasis on networking and computing.
• Interest in software languages such as Java and Python.
• Comfortable engaging an audience by explaining complex technology in simple terms.
• Ability to creatively apply technology to solve customer problems.
• Fluent in English and local language.
• Eager to establish a long-term Technical Sales career with Cisco.
