What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Lead the financial modeling and analysis for private equity secondary transactions.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed investment memoranda for submission to the firm’s Investment Committee.
• Analysis: Analyze private equity companies and funds using leveraged buyout models, constructing comparable company analyses and developing multiple projection scenarios through dedicated research.
• Due Diligence: Perform due diligence calls and actively participate in due diligence meetings with General Partners.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and assist in guiding Analysts on the secondary investment team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field. Career level: Others. Core domain knowledge in private equity, investment banking, capital markets, or valuation services.
• Experience: 3+ years performing complex financial analysis, modeling, and company valuations, including discounted cash flow and comparable company analyses.
• Skills: Complex financial analysis and modeling; company valuation (DCF, comparable company analyses); industry research and articulate opinion formulation; clear and concise investment memorandum writing; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience in private equity secondary investments is preferred; demonstrated interest and commitment to private equity investing.
