About the Job
The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides a structured training and on-the-job experience to develop sales champions. As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) in the CSAP program, you will receive hands-on training and experience in all aspects of sales, including:
• Developing and executing sales strategies
• Identifying and qualifying leads
• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Closing deals
• Providing excellent customer service
You will also have the opportunity to rotate through different sales roles within Cisco, which will give you a well-rounded understanding of the sales process and the different career paths available to you.
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for recent graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for sales. You should be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
