Associate Sales Representative – Sydney, Australia

About the Role
The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides a structured training and on-the-job experience to develop sales champions. As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you will:
• Receive comprehensive training in sales, technical, and communication skills
• Gain exposure to diverse areas of sales through rotations
• Learn to position Cisco’s architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers
• Build long-term relationships with customers and Cisco partners
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes
• Achieve industry-standard certifications and receive ongoing mentorship
Qualifications
• Recent graduate of a business/management degree or certified from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School
• Up to 3 years of professional experience (internship, work-study, or apprenticeship applicable)
• First experience in a selling or consulting IT role
• 1-3 years B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
• Fluent in English
• Technology enthusiast who enjoys innovating
• Eagerness to establish a long-term Sales career with Cisco
• Open and curious mindset, ready to take on challenges and growth opportunities
• Ability to simplify complex problems and solve them creatively
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a wide range of people
• Belief in the value of team collaboration
