Associate Sales Representative – Beijing, China

Start Date: 28th July 2024

Overview

The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides a structured training and on-the-job-experience to develop sales champions.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to position Cisco’s architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers.
• Collaborate with Cisco partners to discover, build and drive new opportunities for customers.
• Work closely with Cisco engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes for customers.
• Achieve industry-standard certifications as part of the perpetual learning approach.
• Participate in customer simulations and on-the-job activities for assessment and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of a business/management degree or certified from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School with up to 3 years of professional experience (internship/work-study or apprenticeship applicable).
• First experience in a selling or consulting IT role preferred.
• 1-3 years B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, start-up, or consultancy company with tech knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Passionate about technology and innovation.
• Eagerness to establish a long-term sales career with Cisco.
• Ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and think creatively to solve them.
• Strong communicator with confidence to engage with a wide range of people.
• Views team collaboration as instrumental to achieving success.
• Must be able to legally live and work in mainland China without company sponsorship/support.
