Job Description:
The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides a structured training and on-the-job experience to develop sales champions. The program is designed to develop recent graduates and early career professionals into successful sales professionals.
As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR) in the CSAP program, you will:
• Receive training in sales, technical, and communication skills.
• Rotate through different sales roles to gain a broad understanding of the sales process.
• Learn how to position Cisco’s architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers.
• Build long-term business relationships with customers and Cisco partners.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes for customers.
• Achieve industry-standard certifications.
• Receive mentoring and support from a team of experienced sales professionals.
Qualifications:
• Recent graduate of a business/management degree or certified from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School with up to 3 years of professional experience.
• First experience in a selling or consulting IT role.
• 1-3 years B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry, start-up, or consultancy company.
• Ideal in sales with tech knowledge.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Technology enthusiast who enjoys innovating.
• Eagerness to establish a long-term Sales career with Cisco.
• Ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and think creatively to solve them.
• Strong communicator with the confidence to engage and talk to a wide range of people.
• Views team collaboration as instrumental to achieving success.
• Must be able to legally live and work in Austria without company sponsorship/support.
