What You’ll Actually Do
• Business Development: Prospect and develop new client relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
• Candidate Recruitment: Source, engage, interview, and qualify candidates, then manage their interview and offer stages.
• Account Management: Coordinate interview scheduling, deliver feedback, negotiate compensation, and close offers while managing client expectations.
• Market Specialization: Become an expert in an assigned technical market, tracking trends, compensation, and competitor activity.
• Relationship Building: Act as a consultant to both clients and candidates, fostering long-term partnerships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career Professionals or Graduates, entry-level for a 360 recruitment role.
• Experience: No prior recruiting experience necessary; previous experience in sales, athletics, hospitality, customer service, leadership roles, internships, or competitive environments is highly transferable.
