Associate Marketing Manager Intern – Summer 2025

Program Details:

Duration: 12 weeks (May 19 – August 8, 2025)
Location: Bloomington, MN

Responsibilities:

Collaboration and Customer Engagement:

• Partner with sales teams and customers to assess the impact of new products and promotional efforts.
• Continuously improve strategies based on direct feedback and emerging market needs.

Market Research and Trend Monitoring:

• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and purchasing behavior.
• Leverage research to shape targeted marketing campaigns and inform product innovation.

Competitive Analysis and Strategic Recommendations:

• Assess competitors’ strategies and market positioning.
• Make informed recommendations that enhance internal marketing approaches and drive impactful results.

Project Management and Execution:

• Lead marketing projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure all deliverables are met on time and within scope, aligning with broader marketing objectives and company goals.

Brand/Product Management:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of specific brands or product lines.
• Oversee sales forecasts, demand planning, budgeting, and profitability, ensuring the brand’s market success.

Marketing Campaign Development:

• Assist in developing comprehensive marketing campaigns.
• Tailor campaigns to target audience preferences based on insights from consumer behavior, market research, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

• Current enrollment in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.
• GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
