Job Description: Associate Manager, 3D

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is searching for a strategic and creative thinker to lead a team of 3D artists in producing cinematic narrative and interactive content. This Associate Manager will be responsible for leading the 3D team through projects, delegating workload, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact visual content that shapes the brand messaging for Lockheed Martin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic and Creative Leadership: Effectively communicate the need for change, motivate the team, and act as a champion for innovative ideas.
• Team Management: Establish and maintain engaged and productive working relationships, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and lead by example to foster success within the team.
• Accountability: Deliver on promises, overcome obstacles, and execute plans to meet project deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with other teams to implement process improvements and ensure efficient workflows.
• Project Management: Manage complex technical projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
• 5-10 years of experience in developing 3D and interactive content
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine Interactive development, Maya, or Cinema 4D
• Proven experience communicating creative ideas with stakeholders
• Experience leading and managing teams through projects, delegating workloads, and ensuring timely delivery
