## Job Description: Associate Machine Learning Analyst

Position Overview:

The Associate Machine Learning Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s data science and machine learning initiatives. They will assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of machine learning models, working closely with senior analysts and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources. Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns and insights.
• Model Development: Assist in the design and implementation of machine learning models. Utilize algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis to solve business problems.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate model performance using metrics like accuracy, precision, recall, and AUC. Optimize models for better performance and scalability.
• Reporting & Visualization: Create reports and visualizations to present findings and model results to stakeholders. Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements and integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and data science. Apply new techniques and technologies to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or machine learning, preferably in a professional setting. Experience with internships or academic projects involving machine learning is also acceptable.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Preferred Qualifications:
