Associate, Investment Banking | Titan Partners
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Titan Partners. Titan Partners’ Investment Banking team focuses on delivering comprehensive financial advisory services and executing private and public capital market transactions for clients. This Associate role is critical for providing seamless transaction execution and cultivating strong client and service provider relationships, directly contributing to the firm’s growth and client success on the platform.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Transaction Execution & Managing Deal Process: Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with seamless execution of equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory matters.
• Financial Analysis: Perform research and various financial analyses to support new business generation and ongoing client needs.
• Due Diligence: Manage and coordinate industry and company-specific due diligence activities for new business and live transactions.
• Structuring: Assist in structuring transactions and developing creative solutions that meet client objectives, considering both market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional service aligned with evolving client and firm needs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Entry-level acceptable, with a preference for candidates bringing 2+ years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses, interpreting financial statements, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex financial concepts succinctly.
• Bonus: SIE, Series 79 & 63 certifications are preferred.
