The analyst’s work ensures compliance with reporting standards and provides critical information to external stakeholders, contributing to the company’s transparency and financial integrity.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lease Documentation: Collaborate with internal sites to ensure proper documentation for new leases and conduct thorough lease analysis.
• SEC Filings Support: Prepare and provide essential information for the Company’s external SEC filings, including quarterly Form 10-Q’s and annual Form 10-K’s.
• Accounting Research: Research current accounting guidance to resolve miscellaneous technical accounting issues as they arise.
• Pronouncement Implementation: Assist the financial reporting team in the implementation of new accounting pronouncements across the Company.
• Special Projects: Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects, ensuring timely delivery within specified deadlines set by management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. This is an entry-level role, requiring demonstrated knowledge of Accounting concepts, U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and SEC reporting requirements.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in understanding and use of Excel; strong attention to detail and organization; demonstrated written and oral communication skills; ability to identify, understand, and research effective solutions for problems; ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and differences.
