Job Description: Associate Experience Intern
The Associate Experience Intern will have the opportunity to engage with and enhance the experience for all Cedar Point associates. Within this role, the intern will:
• Create, organize, and facilitate inclusive engagement opportunities
• Plan and execute community involvement events
• Manage charitable activities and recognition programs
• Focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion awareness
• Develop and implement company-wide communications
• Engage with associates on both an individual and group level
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be attending an accredited college or university within the United States
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test
• Ability to pass a background check
