About the Job
The Associate Engineering Manager, Imaging & Automation will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of imaging and automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of imaging and automation technologies, as well as experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of engineers in the development and delivery of imaging and automation systems
• Work with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Manage the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Ensure that products meet quality and regulatory requirements
• Stay abreast of the latest advances in imaging and automation technologies
• Contribute to the development of new products and technologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading and managing engineering teams
• Strong understanding of imaging and automation technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
