Intern – Consulting Operations | EverBooks
The Tone:
This is an internship at EverBooks, a global organizational consulting firm. EverBooks helps clients synchronize strategy and talent, designing structures, defining roles, and assisting with hiring, rewarding, developing, and motivating their people across more than 50 countries. This role is crucial for an intern who will contribute to the operational backbone of bids, account plans, projects, and client engagements, performing targeted research and analysis to support the firm’s core solutions. The intern will operate under the guidance of a more experienced colleague, focusing on client delivery as part of a team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Deliver: Produce high-quality work that consistently meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Collaborate: Work effectively with team members to cooperate, exchange information efficiently, and organize work activities to align with overall plans.
• Communicate: Provide information or data to external clients as previously defined and approved by a more senior colleague.
• Support: Share transactional information, answer basic data or report questions, and appropriately escalate client requests to manage expectations and further relationships.
• Develop: Support senior colleagues’ business development efforts by participating in client calls and meetings, and producing initial drafts for sections of proposals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Typically, a relevant first (Bachelor’s) degree is expected. This role is intended for an individual with previous relevant business experience, comparable to an experienced analyst.
• Experience: Demonstrated skill in understanding and applying standard solutions and product offerings relevant to a service line or expertise area. Must know how to identify and apply the appropriate tools, techniques, or procedures for assigned work.
• Skills: Targeted research and analysis, effective team collaboration, efficient information exchange and work organization, client data provision and request handling, and initial drafting for business proposals.
• Bonus: An understanding and recognition of similarities between the client’s business and other clients/organizations within its industry.
