What You’ll Actually Do
• Own client-expert communications: Spend significant time screening and negotiating with experts to match clients’ requests.
• Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools: Map complex industry value chains to identify and engage relevant experts.
• Grasp project and market context: Understand the legal and regulatory environment in which clients and experts operate.
• Manage multiple client projects: Work on parallel requests from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at client organizations.
• Conduct communications-intense interactions: Engage in frontline conversations while multitasking across various workstreams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level with strong academic credentials (undergraduate GPA of 3.3 or above).
• Experience: Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university, plus relevant internship experience.
• Skills: Fluent English and Portuguese, a client-first mindset, ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and a gritty, resilient approach.
