What You’ll Actually Do
• SEC Filings: Assist with the preparation and filing of critical SEC reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• External Reporting: Support the preparation of earnings releases and fulfill other external reporting requirements for the company.
• Disclosure Review: Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statement disclosures along with their supporting documentation.
• Accounting Operations: Prepare and post journal vouchers and contribute to basic accounting reports and analyses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a closely related field. This is an early career role, ideal for individuals with a strong interest in the intricacies of financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting principles.
• Experience: Applicants should have a foundational working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the structure of financial statements. Proficiency with common spreadsheet software and financial applications is also required for this role.
• Skills: The ability to analyze complex financial data, maintain strong organizational practices, and communicate effectively across various levels of an organization are essential. This role also requires the capability to collaborate productively with multiple internal and external stakeholders within a corporate setting.
