Associate Account Manager – Sales Trainee | Piper Companies

The Tone:
This is a full-time sales apprenticeship program at Piper Companies, located in Conshohocken, PA. ZP Group, the parent company to Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies, is dedicated to the success of its customers and consultants, believing that people’s growth is essential for that success. Piper Companies specifically provides staffing and professional services in Enterprise IT, Cyber Security, and Health Sciences. This role is crucial for developing future sales professionals who will drive meaningful partnerships, strengthen businesses, and support critical missions.

The TL;DR
• Role: Sales Trainee/Apprenticeship Program
• Type: Hybrid – 4 days in office (Monday-Thursday), Fridays remote
• Location: Conshohocken, PA
• Pay: $52500 yearly
• Mission: To develop individuals into elite sales professionals and build a robust customer base by fostering meaningful partnerships and driving client outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Collaborate with an experienced Account Manager to learn sales strategies and contribute to their business’s advancement.
• Recruit: Source and recruit candidates for open positions within Fortune 500 customer accounts to establish a foundational understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
• Develop: Progress through a mentorship-focused Sales Readiness Program designed to prepare you for an Account Manager role.
• Manage: Upon promotion, cultivate and expand your own customer base by establishing trust and creating meaningful partnerships.
• Drive: Apply account management best practices to ensure client success and achieve desired outcomes for your customers.

• Background: Entry-level candidates with a strong desire to develop into an elite sales professional through an apprenticeship program.
• Experience: Demonstrated excellent work ethic, grit, self-motivation, optimism, and a growth mindset.
• Skills: High emotional intelligence, a passion for building relationships, and a highly coachable attitude.
