What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Create an exceptional shopping experience by actively addressing customer needs, efficiently resolving any issues, and consistently ensuring high standards of customer service are met.
• Sales & Profitability: Drive store sales and contribute to overall profitability by engaging in effective merchandise management, executing promotional strategies, and consistently achieving set sales targets.
• Daily Operations: Participate in and manage daily store operations, including detailed inventory management, visual merchandising, efficient shipment workflow, timely order fulfillment, and general store maintenance. This also includes ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with all team members to achieve shared store sales and operational goals. Adhere strictly to all store policies and procedures, including comprehensive health and safety regulations.
• Other Duties: Undertake additional duties and projects as required to support store functions and success.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Proven experience within a retail environment or a similar customer service-oriented role. This includes demonstrating a customer-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, encompassing clear spoken and written English for effective customer interaction and business tasks. The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential. Proficiency in basic math is required for daily business tasks and understanding sales reports, along with familiarity with POS systems.
• Availability: A commitment to a set weekly availability, including a mix of mornings, days, and nights, based on business needs. This role also requires availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed, with consistent punctuality and regular attendance.
• Bonus: A preferred qualification includes a proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
