What You’ll Do:
As a consultant, you’ll work alongside top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. The work is varied and rigorous, often performed at client sites. Projects vary in length, size, and location. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds, developing new skills and experience.
What You’ll Bring:
• Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study and backgrounds with graduation dates between December 2026 – July 2027 are welcome to apply.
Additional Info:
• You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of your home office and are expected to be in the office as directed.
• The role requires extended working hours and travel to client sites.
• You are expected to obtain a valid driver’s license and passport within six months of employment.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The First Year Base Compensation For This Role Is Associate: $110,000 USD
• In addition to base salary, you’ll be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF) contribution.
