Job Description: Assistant to EVP, International Marketing (Interscope Capitol)

This role provides administrative support to the Executive Vice President of International Marketing at Interscope Capitol. The ideal candidate will possess prior administrative experience supporting senior leadership, exhibiting strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the Executive’s Schedule: Scheduling meetings and calls, prioritizing requests, ensuring the executive stays on schedule.
Office Management: Handling call routing, ensuring proper Zoom/AV functionality, greeting meeting participants.
Administrative Tasks: Processing expenses, booking travel arrangements (domestic and international), arranging catering, creating and sending communications, archiving emails, maintaining electronic files, packing/shipping, and updating calendars.
Project Support: Creating presentations, assisting with data reporting and meeting preparation.
Company Resource Management: Managing company mobile phones, credit cards, office supplies, and invoice payments.
Team Support: Providing support to the wider international team as needed.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
• Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of multitasking.
• Excellent customer service and organization skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
