Job Description:
Zales is seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Store Manager to join their team. The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in:
• Maintaining daily focus on individual and team member performance to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Contributing to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Developing the skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruiting and selecting team members.
• Following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures.
• Performing other operational and strategic duties.
Requirements:
• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.
Total Rewards (Sampling):
• Base pay: $19.00 – $25.00 (determined by experience and qualifications).
