What You’ll Actually Do
• Receive & Inspect Materials: Unload, unbox, and meticulously inspect incoming cabinet orders and accessories for damage or missing items.
• Document & Organize Inventory: Cross-reference shipments against packing slips, photograph damage, and organize materials for installation crews in the staging area.
• Support Project Management: Assist the Project Coordinator by tracking active remodeling schedules, inputting order data, and maintaining project records and client updates.
• Coordinate Communications: Serve as a professional touchpoint for clients, suppliers, and internal teams to provide status updates, confirm ship dates, and triage inquiries.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No specific years required; a strong work ethic and desire to learn are paramount.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, email, and CRM/database entry; ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and maneuver materials weighing 40-50 lbs; obsessive attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior experience in office administration, customer service, receiving/inventory, or construction/home improvement.
