• Mission: To assist the Store Manager in overseeing all Stationstore operations, executing the food program, and maintaining exceptional service standards for customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Oversight: Assist the Store Manager with comprehensive oversight of all Stationstore operations, ensuring consistent daily execution and adherence to company standards.
• Team Leadership and Development: Play a key role in hiring, supervising, and actively working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, fostering a motivated and effective team environment.
• Financial and Administrative Management: Accurately manage bookkeeping responsibilities and handle all cash transactions, contributing to the efficient financial operation of the store.
• Merchandising and Food Program Excellence: Execute Circle K’s high-bar food program and maintain dynamic merchandising displays to attract and satisfy customers.
• Customer Experience and Standards: Uphold high standards of fast and friendly service, providing an example of urgency, patience, and leadership to the entire staff.
• Site Attendance: Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance to ensure consistent presence and leadership for store operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires a Managerial level background, preferably with a High School or College Degree(s).
• Experience: Possess prior retail experience, along with demonstrated supervisor or management experience. Experience in handling food is essential, as is a track record of success in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members.
• Skills: Strong capabilities in leading and motivating a team of employees, effectively delegating tasks and ensuring follow-up, and teaching others. Proficient in planning and organizing store activities, communicating plans and ideas clearly, and managing cash-handling and bookkeeping with accuracy. Also skilled in problem-solving, advocating for and empathizing with customers and staff, and maintaining a secure and safe environment.
