• Team: Reports to the General Manager, assisting with all store operations.
• Mission: Ensure successful day-to-day store operations by assisting with cost controls, inventory, cash management, and excellent customer relations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Management Support: Assist the General Manager with all store operations, including staffing, scheduling, general administrative duties, and maintenance reporting.
• Operational Oversight: Be responsible for all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during your assigned shift.
• Team Leadership: Set an example by following all company policies and procedures 100% of the time, and ensure the crew adheres to these standards.
• Service Delivery: Receive and process telephone orders, assist on the makeline, and make deliveries as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Facility Maintenance: Safely operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products to Domino’s standards, and clean equipment and the facility daily.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level role, requiring comprehensive understanding of store operations, cost and inventory management, and customer service.
• Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older, pass a background check, and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record subject to review of a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Skills: Ability to safely operate all equipment, demonstrate good navigational skills, locate addresses within designated delivery areas, communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, and follow directives while making good judgments and decisions.
