The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Location: In-person
• Pay: $20.00–$24.00 hourly
• Team: Manages daily restaurant operations and supervises team members, reports to the General Manager.
• Mission: Ensures the restaurant delivers great guest experiences while maintaining high operational and quality standards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Experience: Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members consistently satisfy and exceed guest expectations.
• Operations Management: Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures.
• Team Development: Ensure team members receive proper training, including ongoing coaching and development to perform at their highest level.
• Scheduling and Delegation: Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws, planning and delegating shift assignments as needed.
• Quality and Cleanliness: Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld throughout the restaurant.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a focus on restaurant operations and compliance with food safety and company guidelines.
• Experience: 1-3 years of management experience required.
• Skills: Strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to interact cooperatively with others while supervising and coaching a team.
• Bonus: Prior restaurant management experience is preferred.
