What You’ll Actually Do
• Instruct: Guide children aged 6-14 in summer programs focused on technology and creative arts.
• Support: Provide in-room assistance to students as they engage with various tech-based projects.
• Facilitate: Cultivate an environment that promotes self-empowerment, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
• Troubleshoot: Address technical or digital arts issues that arise during hands-on learning activities.
• Inspire: Encourage student learning by igniting, unleashing, and enhancing their unique talents in technology.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career; 18 years of age or older. No formal experience is required, but an interest in education, computer science, or digital arts fields is encouraged.
• Experience: Must be available to work a minimum of 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, starting in June. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Skills: Strong technology skills are preferred, including experience with areas like 3D modeling, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, video editing, or significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox. Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Bonus: College students studying education, computer science, digital arts, information technology, or similar fields are encouraged to apply. Experience with kids in a formal or informal setting (e.g., babysitting, volunteering, coaching, tutoring) is a plus.
