Assistant General Manager | Trulieve

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time (40-45 hours weekly, flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Location: In-person

• Team: Retail Department, Reports To: General Manager
• Mission: Drive efficient daily store operations, uphold regulatory compliance, and ensure exceptional customer experience by leading the team and supporting the General Manager in achieving key performance metrics.
• Tech Stack: computer, scanner, printer, telecommunication devices

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy & Sales: Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies that drive service standards and positive sales results.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations and company Standard Operating Procedures, while upholding brand visual merchandising standards.
• Team Development: Provide comprehensive coaching, training, and development to the team, focusing on company service standards and accountability to specific objectives.
• Operational Management: Monitor and maintain store inventory and assist the General Manager in managing the labor budget to meet business needs.
• Patient Relations: Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager-level professional with two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Prior cash handling experience and the demonstrated ability to train, develop, and evaluate a team of 40 or more employees.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff, the ability to communicate fluently in conversational English, and proven analytical skills to draw conclusions from data for policy and procedure development.
• Bonus: Prior management experience, preferably within a retail and/or customer service environment.
