• Team: Reports directly to the General Manager, collaborating with front-line staff and department teams.
• Mission: To develop into a proficient General Manager, overseeing daily club operations, enhancing member experience, and significantly contributing to sales and overall club performance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Support: Contribute to the efficient daily management of club operations, ensuring a seamless member experience.
• Leadership Development: Partner directly with the General Manager to assimilate all facets of high-performing club management.
• Team Coaching: Cultivate leadership capabilities by actively coaching and mentoring front-line staff and department teams.
• Revenue Growth: Aid in achieving and exceeding targets for membership sales, overall club growth, and personal training revenue.
• Career Progression: Engage in structured development and training programs to prepare for independent General Manager responsibilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Aspiring General Manager with a foundational understanding of fitness, retail, or service industry dynamics.
• Experience: Possess at least one year of leadership experience, with a preference for a fitness, retail, or service environment, and demonstrated experience in supporting sales goals or revenue targets.
• Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team; strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; results-driven with a focus on sales, service, and operations; coachable with a strong desire to develop leadership capability and learn staffing, scheduling, and operational processes.
